Every few years we are blessed with a wonderful vintage in the Mudgee Region and we are certain that 2016 is one such year. The latest release of our limited reserve Cabernet is both brooding and dense, offering an array of heady dark fruits, mocha, and charred notes from 16 months maturation in fine French oak. Long, soft, velvety tannins make this an age-worthy Cabernet, but that requires patience and self-restraint!
